Frequently asked Questions on Allah's tests

How will I be tested by Allah?

Allah may test you with ease as much as he tests you with hardship throughout your life.

Does Allah test everyone?

Yes, God does test those people whom He loves most. Prophets, those nearest to God, always had very difficult lives. But don't look at everything which is painful or difficult as a test, and don't look at happy, easy things in life as a blessing. Allah may test you with ease as much as he tests you with hardship.

How does Allah test us with ease?

So often that we think Allah only tests us with hardships, but this isn’t true. Allah also tests us with ease. He tests us with His blessings and with the things we love, and it is often in these tests so many of us fail. We fail because when Allah gives us these blessings, we unwittingly turn them into false idols in the heart.

Why Allah puts difficulties in your life?

The reason we struggle and go through hardships is to guide us back to Allah when we've forgotten about Him, when we go astray. It is a reminder, out of mercy from Allah to bring you back to Him.

What are the signs that Allah loves you?

For sure, there is no precise way that we can use to tell if Allah loves a slave as it falls in the matters of the ghayb. We only depend on signs from the ayat of Allah to measure if we are from amongst those whom He loves.

1.       If you find yourself in constant mention of Allah in your thoughts and actions. This could be a sign. In a hadith Qudsi, Allah says, ‘if my slave mentions me to himself I mention him to myself ’. There are many ways which we can do this as taught by our beloved Rasulullah. This involves making adhkaar [words of remembrance].

2.       If you hold fast to the book of Allah. Know that the Qur’aan is the direct speech of Allah and whenever you recite, you are reciting the words of your Lord. Allah will make it easy for you to recite, memorize and act upon with sincerity His book when He loves you.

3.       If you have a sincere love for those whom Allah loves. For example the anbiyaa, the shuhadaa, and the righteous of His slaves among angels and mankind. Read through the biographies of those whom the love of Allah was manifested for example Prophet Ibrahim and Prophet Muhammad [Alayhimu salaat wa salaam] etc. Rasulullah said, ‘a person will be with those whom he loves’ this is in regards with tomorrow in the aakhira. On the same note, your friends and companions should be people who are watchful of the love of Allah.

4.       Allah will make easy for you acts of ibada which are ordinarily not practiced by most people. In essence, you reap more reward and at the same time fix the condition of your soul for the pleasure of your Rabb. Allah gives you an unquenched thirst for more ibada with sincere intentions with hope and fear for Him.

5.       If you find yourself on constant reproach of your soul. Nafsil-lawwama is good for the slave of Allah in this duniya and not for the aakhira. This means, you are taking account of your-self for your bad deeds before the day of accounts reach.
It is in the best of our interests not to be under those whom Allah says; ‘…and shaytaan has beautified for them their evil deeds…’ [surat an Nahl 63] may Allah safeguard us.

6.       If you don’t feel safe from the punishment of Allah no matter how many good deeds you have done. This is because you do not know whether Allah has accepted them or not. It helps you to purify your intentions and we know that only the good deeds done with proper procedure and intentions are best.

Wives of Muhammad PUBH (Azwaj-e-Mutahirat)

Muhammad's wives, or the wives of Muhammad, were the women married to the Islamic prophet Muhammad. Muslims often use the term "Mothers of the Believers" prominently before or after referring to them as a sign of respect, a term derived from Quran 33:6.[1][2] Muhammad was monogamous for 25 years when married to his first wife, Khadija bint Khuwaylid. After her death in 619 CE, he over time married a number of women. His life is traditionally delineated by two epochs: pre-hijra (emigration) in Mecca, a city in western Arabia, from the year 570 to 622 CE, and post-hijra in Medina, from 622 until his death in 632. All but two of his marriages were contracted after the Hegira (or Hijra - migration to Medina). Of his 13 wives, only two bore him children: Khadija and Maria al-Qibtiyya. Women and girls in Islam are encouraged to follow their footsteps to succeed in existing life and the life hereafter. Prophet Muhammed PBUH has been awarded the highest category amongst all...

Khulfa-e-Rashideen (Rashidun Caliphate)

The Rashidun Caliphate (Arabic: اَلْخِلَافَةُ ٱلرَّاشِدَةُ ‎, al-Khilāfah ar-Rāšidah) was the first of the four major caliphates established after the death of the Islamic prophet Muhammad. It was ruled by the first four successive caliphs (successors) of Muhammad after his death in 632 CE (AH 11). These caliphs are collectively known in Sunni Islam as the Rashidun, or "Rightly Guided" caliphs ( اَلْخُلَفَاءُ ٱلرَّاشِدُونَ al-Khulafāʾ ar-Rāšidūn).[4] The Rashidun Caliphate is characterized by a twenty-five year period of rapid military expansion, followed by a five-year period of internal strife. The Rashidun Army at its peak numbered more than 100,000 men. By the 650s, the caliphate in addition to the Arabian Peninsula had subjugated the Levant, to the Transcaucasus in the north; North Africa from Egypt to present-day Tunisia in the west; and the Iranian plateau to parts of Central Asia and South Asia in the east. The caliphate arose out of the death of Muhammad in 63...
